The human resource management had radically changed in Chinese (first of all Pekingese) hotels as a result of preparation for Olympic Games 2008.This experience – cooperation with the state, safety provision for guests, personnel training and so on – must be very useful for the managers of Russian hotels in their work before Olympic Games in Sochi.
